“Some relics vanish into the void. Others never existed — or so we’re told.”
— Archivist T-07, Interdimensional LorekeeperThe Sentinel Vault holds the rarest known collectibles in the multiverse. However, even our most secure archive has… gaps. In fact, certain artifacts are so rare — or so dangerous — that they remain undocumented in any official transmission.
Nevertheless, collectors and field agents across the outer sectors continue to report rumors. Therefore, this log compiles seven mythical sci-fi artifacts that are allegedly missing from the Vault. Moreover, these relics are often mentioned in encrypted transmissions, black market listings, and forgotten fragments of the Galactic Index.
🌑 1. The Prism Core of Helios-13
Said to contain the pulse of a dying star, this radiant artifact glows brighter near gravitational anomalies.
As a result, it’s often attracted by black holes or unstable wormholes.
Last recorded sighting: stolen by a rogue faction during the Jupiter Riots. Despite attempts to trace its energy signature, the Prism Core has not resurfaced.
🧬 2. The Synthetic Soul Engine
Originally created to give AI units a form of “dream state,” this relic was outlawed across nine star systems.
Eventually, it was blamed for a series of sentient machine uprisings.
Currently, rumors suggest it remains hidden within the ruins of New Terra IX.
In the meantime, no explorer has returned from that quadrant with proof.
🔮 3. The Paradox Cube
This object is said to possess impossible geometry, constantly shifting in shape and density.
For instance, some witnesses claim it appears as a tesseract, while others describe it as a folding prism of thought.
In fact, those who stare into it for too long begin to experience timeline fragmentation.
Thus, its classification remains prohibited under multiversal law.
🧊 4. Cryo-Key Zeta
Forged in deep-time, this key supposedly opens vaults that predate civilization itself.
Moreover, it freezes the air around it and reacts only to the DNA of extinct bloodlines.
Because of this, some believe it was designed by an ancient pre-human species.
Until now, no known DNA signature has been able to unlock its full potential.
⚡️ 5. Pulseframe Mk.0
This prototype exo-suit was the precursor to all modern mech units.
However, it fused permanently with its test pilot during a failed neural interface experiment.
Consequently, it’s both feared and revered as a cursed relic.
It is believed that the suit still roams an abandoned moon facility on autopilot.
📡 6. The Echo Transmitter
Unlike standard comms devices, this transmitter doesn’t send signals across space — but through time.
As expected, this makes it extremely difficult to track.
In one instance, a message sent by this device reportedly arrived 300 years into the future.
Because of this, the Echo Transmitter’s existence remains debated even among Archivists.
🔓 7. The Broken Shard of Reality
Considered the most dangerous of all lost relics, this shard distorts perception, memory, and even gravitational consistency.
Most notably, it was the only object to ever escape containment protocols unaided.
Eventually, it vanished into a sector that no longer exists on any known map.
Its influence is said to linger in corrupted inventory logs and spontaneous timeline glitches.
🛸 Why We Continue the Search
Although none of these artifacts have been officially recovered, reports and encrypted messages continue to surface.
Therefore, the Archivist’s mission endures: scanning remote systems, tracing anomalies, and following every fragment of myth.
If any of these relics are ever found… they will be added to the Vault.Know something? Report your findings to Sentinel HQ.
We reward credible transmissions.
